    None of the above listed situations were present in our case. We actually left the premises in better shape than when we go it!! Not only did Stephen harass my partner verbally he told me to go to hell, a real professional. There is nothing to discuss, Stephen Matthias is the reason why real estate agents have a bad name.

    As the first home purchaser, there were many concerns and taking steps with extra consideration. Stephen was patient with every single of my queries with his professional service and knowledge. Given that I know a few real estate agency owners, I will give him 10/10 for before and after service. Exceptional. Stephen is educated, well-mannered, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone.

    These people are the lowest of the low. Not only will they try to take your bond money with no explanation and hope that you will not notice and just sign their pre-filled paperwork, but they will harass you over the phone if you ask questions. Stephen Mathias is the rudest, most unprofessional property manager I have ever dealt with and given that the bar is already low, that says a lot. The "service" from the so called property managers is terrible, none of the issues raised to them were ever followed through. The only one who saves herself in this office is the receptionist, I suggest you find a better place to work. If you are thinking of getting anything from this group of sharks, make sure you go over everything 3 times and don't take their word for anything.
