  Was promised one would be there to get us home. But no. Left standing in the cold. This is not the first time this has happened. The taxi industry complaints about Uber stealing there jobs they may need to look at themselves.

  Booked a cab to take the family to dinner. Cab didn't trun up. Rang Crown only to be told my Cab had been sent to another job and i would have too wait for him to get back 1hr (We only have 2 in town which is why i booked .

  I pre booked a cab as to avoid being left at a venue after an event alone. The taxi was booked eight hours in advance and I contacted them 15 minutes after the initial arrival time to be told that it was almost at he destination. Waited another ten minutes before calling again to receive the same message. After 30 minutes I cancelled and called an Uber as I felt unsafe being left alone in the dark (and rain)

  Driver did not have EFTPOS machine despite later finding out from Crown Cabs that all drivers have EFTPOS.
