  Everything was very easy. Got a good price being an RACV member. Car was a little dirty on the outside when I picked it up but that's what happens when it's left outside for a while. Car was in good condition otherwise just the way I left it. Pick up went ok. They seem to be very popular so there were quite a few people waiting for the shuttles but we kept seeing shuttle after shuttle coming by that the wait was very reasonable. At times there were 3 maybe 4 shuttles on the waiting bay at the same time so I was very happy with service as they were able to cope well with the demand. Indoors had good facilities to chill for a bit before we were on the road again. Would be recommending them a lot

  Pickup is just as easy, after calling them to say you're ready to be picked up, a bus arrives within 5 minutes to grab you. You're then back at the depot within 10 minutes, and after a short time checking out, you're in your car and ready to go!

  Cannot recommend this company higher! Absolutely hassle free and easy airport parking. After a horrifying experience parking in Melbourne's long term carpark, I thought I would give this company a go. As I was entering the carpark, a very friendly guy told me where to park, and took my bags for me before I even had the chance to say hi. Check in couldn't be easier, and before you know it you're in the bus heading to the airport. The bus took about 10 minutes (even shorter than Melbourne's parking shuttle) and drops you within a very short walking distance to the terminals.

  If you what the best for Airport parking every time go to Jetport they are the best everything. Thanks Michael on the front desk you were great. We have been going to Jetport for just 20 years and will go there every time we fly nothing is to much trouble for all the staff from the front desk to all the drivers. Nearly forgot special thanks to Luke to Carl we truly treat you both as friends. Please keep up your good work until next time thanks again. You are sure the best Regards for now M.& D. Townsend.

  If I was to make one recommendation, it would be for them to use an app to request the shuttle bus, and then have the passenger show the driver a virtual ticket. Just saves a bit of hassle (not that it was really a hassle) with the driver checking off last names over the CB radio.

  Been using this place all year round,always great service but would appreciate valet parking quick car pick up..quick pick up on your return..very reasonable rates,service 4.5 out of 5..

  Awesome service, accidentally left a knife in my pocket and only discovered at the X-ray. The bus driver was happy to return it to my vehicle from the airport. Highly recommend!!
